We do not encourage people to buy animals from pet stores or breeders or get them free from friends, Craigslist, or Kijiji. We recommend adopting a cat from a reputable animal rescue organization or shelter, such as our partner organizations below. They ensure the cats are healthy and ready for adoption and provide support before and after the adoption.
